Our pasta is handmade with love by three generations of master pasta makers in Northern Italy. We chose rigatoni, made with 100% Italian durum wheat, because their ridged surface and central hole make them simply perfect for holding the red truffle pesto.

Our red tomato pesto with truffle is made with care and passion by a company that for over 30 years has brought one of the symbols of Italian cuisine to the table: pesto. This variant combines the delicate flavor of tomato with the prized taste of black summer truffle.

Breadcrumb and oregano mix

The mix of breadcrumbs and oregano is the finishing touch that completes this pasta with truffle and tomato. The breadcrumbs give the dish a delicate crunchiness, while the oregano enhances the flavor of the pesto with its aromatic notes.
