BOX

When do the ingredients expire?

Each Box has its own expiry date based on the ingredients contained inside. Most of our Boxes contain products that can be conveniently stored in the pantry for a long time (from 2 to 12 months). Exceptions are the Dolce Buongiorno box and our Desserts , which may contain products whose expiry could be less than 2 months.

Where can I store the boxes?

The Boxes must not be stored in the refrigerator, but can be kept in their cupboard, in a dry place away from heat sources.

How many portions does a box contain?

The portions of each box are shown in the respective online product sheet and on the packaging.

Can the less good cook?

With My Cooking Box EVERYONE has to cook! We designed this product to convey the idea that cooking a gourmet dish isn't only a fun experience but also within everyone's reach. We suggest you take a look at our recipes: you'll find that the steps are few and simple!

Do the boxes already have everything or do I have to buy something?

The Boxes contain all the ingredients in the right doses to cook the desired dish. You will only have to add traditional kitchen equipment (pots, ladle, etc.) and, if cooking, water!

Are there boxes for celiacs and gluten intolerant?

The box "Emilian tagliatelle with cod cream and truffle" is certified gluten-free . In our catalog there are other gluten-free boxes, albeit without official certification:

Polenta from Bergamo with cream of porcini mushrooms;

Venetian risotto with radicchio cream, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG and licorice;

Risotto with beet cream and gold leaf.

Is there a minimum spending limit?

No, there is no minimum spending limit on our site and no subscription restrictions, but if you make a cart worth at least €50, shipping is free!

Where do the ingredients come from?

Our ingredients come from small local producers that we carefully select during the recipe study phase. Inside our boxes, you will find only the best Italian raw materials that meet high quality standards and local specialties that represent local excellence.

Can I buy the boxes to make a gift?

Our boxes are an original and tasty gift idea! In the "Make a gift " section, you will find many gift ideas for every occasion: compose your gift as you wish in a few simple clicks, combine a personalized card and decide whether to send the box directly to the recipient for a guaranteed WOW effect.

 

SHIPPING

How can I change the shipping address?

Thanks to the FlexDeliveryService, you're always kept updated on the status of your shipment. Through an email link, you can access a management area, both before and after the delivery attempt, where you can choose up to six customization options. Two options are activated immediately and automatically:

  • Change the expected delivery date: the recipient can choose a new delivery date.
  • Choose a pickup point between GLS Headquarters and GLS Parcel Shop: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a GLS Headquarters or a GLS Parcel Shop within the jurisdiction of the Headquarters that reaches the original destination address.

Four other options are available:

  • Provide an alternative delivery address: the recipient can provide an alternative delivery address.
  • Specify a safe place for delivery: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a safe place (garden, garage, balcony) at the same delivery address.
  • Authorize delivery to a neighbor: the recipient can choose to have the shipment delivered to a neighbor.
  • Refuse delivery: the recipient can decide to refuse the shipment.

*Delivery will be made by GLS without collecting a signature.

What are the delivery times?

Your order will be processed and entrusted to our courier within 24/48h working hours (Mon-Fri) from the order confirmation, while the delivery times for your package vary from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your shipment with the reference courier at any time. In high season periods (for example: sales, Black Friday, Christmas), times may be longer. In the event that the purchased product isn't delivered or is delivered late with respect to the delivery terms indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, the provisions of art. 61 of the Consumer Code. The reasons for the delays also include strikes and any other cause not attributable to Ricetta Italiana SRL

How much is shipping?

Delivery costs vary according to the total amount of the order and the country of destination.

For Italy, if less than €50.00, the shipping costs are €8.90, while if greater, you will have free delivery.

If you decide to pick up your order at our headquarters in Gorle (Bergamo), the delivery costs are zero.

NB: If the total amount of the order should be equal to or greater than €300.00, the shipment will be paid by the buyer and at a cost equal to €49.90 or increased by an additional €2 if the order contains wines and/or beverages; above €999.00, the cost will be €100.

Where do you ship?

We ship regularly throughout Italy and the European Union.

If you wish to ship a box to a non-EU country or to another continent, send us your request to export@mycookingbox.it.

The shipment has arrived damaged, what can I do?

If you have received a damaged package, take photos that clearly show the problems and send them to us as soon as possible to customer@mycookingbox.it. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation!

How long do I have to collect my order for delivery at the operational headquarters?

You will have 20 calendar days to pick up your order at our operational headquarters. The office (via M. Buonarroti, 30, 24020, Gorle BG) is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments by major credit cards, debit cards, local payment methods via PayPal and AmazonPay.

Is the payment safe?

We use payment platforms that include automatic fraud monitoring. All payment data is protected and is not used in any way by My Cooking Box.

What do I do if I can't make the payment?

If you are unable to make the payment, do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to customer@mycookingbox.it, if possible attaching a screenshot of the screen with the error message. We may then ask you for information to help you complete your order step by step.

 
 

COUPON

How are coupons used?

If you have a coupon, we recommend that you first read the relevant terms and conditions carefully. If you are not aware of them or do not have the possibility to consult them, write an email to customer@mycookingbox.it. Once you have added the products to your cart, enter your coupon in the appropriate box. Once applied, you will see the cart amount updated and you can proceed with the payment.

Can I enter multiple coupons on the same order?

As a rule, the coupons cannot be combined with each other. We advise you to carefully consult the terms and conditions of reference. If, on the other hand, you are not aware of them or do not have the possibility to consult them, write an email to customer@mycookingbox.it.

 

GIFT CARDS

Do I have to provide the email of the person to whom I want to give the Gift Card?

No, it's not necessary. After making the purchase, you will receive an email with the activation codes and an attachment with the digital Gift Card. For your recipient to receive it, simply forward the e-mail to their e-mail address yourself. If there are any problems, do not hesitate to contact us: customer@mycookingbox.it

How soon can I use the Gift Card?

The Gift Card can be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Does the amount also include shipping costs?

Yes, you can deduct the shipping costs from the value of the My Cooking Box Gift Card. Warning: this only applies to My Cooking Box Gift Cards; for all other promotional codes the reference Terms and Conditions apply.

Is the Gift Card valid for all products?

With the Gift Card you can purchase all the products available on the site, including the products on offer at the discounted price which is indicated during the purchase phase.

Do I receive instructions by email?

At the time of purchase, you will receive an email with the Gift Card code purchased and all the instructions for using it. If you encounter problems or have any doubts, contact us at customer@mycookingbox.it

How can I recover my login password?

If you don't remember the password to access your profile, click on " Forgot password ". We will send you an email to reset your password. If you encounter problems, write to contact us at customer@mycookingbox.it

How can I change my personal information?

Your personal information is saved when you place an order. In the " Addresses " section of your personal area, you can consult the data currently saved in your account. If you want to change them, access your account settings and make the change. You can enter multiple addresses and set the default .

How can I view my order history?

To view the history of your orders, enter your personal area and the " Order History " appears on the first page. You can click on the order number to see the detail.
