The Pasta Box in chickpea cream is the result of the collaboration between My Cooking Box and Amref Health Africa , united by the belief that food is the primary source to ensure the health and well-being of every individual.

We decided to translate our values into a concrete gesture, choosing the recipe of the famous navigator Giovanni Soldini, ambassador of Amref: pasta and chickpeas . A simple, genuine dish and symbol of a healthy and sustainable diet.

For each box sold we will donate €2.50 to Amref , the largest African non-profit health organization, to support the " Hunger is not a game " campaign and guarantee two meals to primary school children in Burkina Faso .

All ready to be cooked

Bronze drawn tagliatelle

Our pasta is handmade with love by three generations of master pasta makers in Northern Italy. We chose tagliatelle, bronze drawn and made with 100% Italian durum wheat, because once broken they blend perfectly with chickpeas.

Organic chickpeas

Our chickpeas are grown according to the principles and methodology of organic farming. Thanks to their genuine flavor, they are perfect for enhancing the traditional taste of creamy chickpea pasta.

Red onion

To complete our pasta and chickpeas recipe, we chose red onion. Grown in Calabria, it is loved for its sweet and delicate flavor, as well as for its high digestibility.
