Sicilian Pesto 190 g (Sunflower seed oil, tomato pulp (Tomato origin: Italy) (21%), ricotta ( whey , milk , salt, acidifier: lactic acid) (20.5%), double tomato concentrate (Tomato origin: Italy) (7.0%), glucose syrup, cashews , Grana Padano DOP cheese ( milk , salt, rennet, egg lysozyme) (3.9%), walnuts (2.5%), basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, acidifier: lactic acid, corn starch, garlic, oregano, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; rosemary extract, chilli pepper)

Our pasta is handmade with love by three generations of master pasta makers in Northern Italy. We chose cellentani, made with 100% Italian durum wheat, because their spiral shape is perfect for retaining all the flavor of Sicilian pesto.

Sicilian Pesto

Made as tradition with ricotta, walnuts and a pinch of basil. Our Sicilian pesto is such a creamy and enveloping sauce that it encloses all the flavor of Sicily in a single original recipe.

Almonds

Produced by a historic Tuscan company, our almonds add just the right amount of crunch to balance out all the creaminess of the Sicilian pesto. The perfect finishing touch to complete this traditional Sicilian pasta.
