He has been at the helm of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Enoteca Pinchiorri” of Florence for 27 years, a true reference point for Italian gastronomic culture.

Many may feel satisfied with such a result, but not Italo Bassi who, following his own passion and creativity, has left its beloved Florence to create his own restaurant “ConFusion”, the cradle of his dreams and projects.
