Enrico Panero is Corporate Executive Chef of Eataly, coordinates all the chefs of the brand in the world and studies with them the iconic recipes of the brand.
He joined Eataly at the opening in 2007, after having worked in the starred Guido restaurant in Pollenzo. It follows the expansion of Eataly, in New York and Tokyo, and in 2011 he becomes Chef of Il Marin, the gourmet restaurant of Eataly Genova. From February 2014 to February 2016 he is Chef of the Da Vinci restaurant within Eataly Florence.
