the result of the aromatic freshness of the white grapes cultivated in the high hills, up to 900 meters of altitude: mainly Catarratto, Pinot Blanc Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer for structure, aromaticity and acidity. A lion, symbol of family history.
Varieties: Catarratto (58%), Pinot Blanc (16%), Sauvignon (15%) and Traminer Aromatico (11%) The average fermentation time is 15 days in stainless steel tanks; the aging takes place in stainless steel tanks with the presence of yeasts, for about 4 months.
The farm Tasca D'Almerita cultivates the vineyard in five different estates in Sicily - Regaleali, Capofaro, Sallier de La Tour, Tascante and Whitaker (island of Mozia) - each with its own characteristics.
Different soils and climates cross the island and give life to a long harvest season that begins in mid-August and is completed between the end of October and the beginning of November. Bottled by Conte Tasca d'Almerita Soc. Agr. Ar.L., Palermo, Italy, in the estate Tenuta Regaleali, Sclafani Bagni, Italy.
